Creating a Better Future Together

Grace In His Hands was started in 2015 with the aim of helping as many families and people as possible. We help neglected and disadvantaged families all around the country by doing everything in our power to combat the effects of poverty and inequality.

Numerous families in Cambodia receive access to financial aid and healthcare support with the help of our team. Since the beginning, we have been strengthening families by providing them with the assistance they need through donations, grants, and welfare initiatives.

We want to change the lives of those who are in need, and even though the needs we serve have changed over the years, we have remained faithful to our initial mission: to assist low-income families in whatever manner we can.

Providing Access to Clean Water

Our team focuses on providing clean water facilities to low-income families to raise their standard of living. We supply safe, clean water for impoverished families whose water supplies have been discovered to be contaminated and require restoration. Making wells and supply systems in areas where people do not have access to clean water creates a continuous supply of clean water for them. By doing this, we also hope to put an end to water-borne illnesses, which is a common issue with poverty stricken regions. 

Providing Food and Nutrition

Let’s feed the needy, the poor and struggling families with proper food and nutrition. We have helped numerous families to overcome hunger issues and contributed to eradicating hunger and malnutrition from the country. By providing them with necessary items required to make nutritional and healthy food, we are hoping to bring down the health issues that are in rise among them. Providing Proper Shelter

A safe space to live in is essential for everyone, especially children and women. We help people build their lives out of poverty by offering them proper shelter and housing assistance. Our team works with pastors and missionaries to find people in need to build a roof over their head, so they can live a more respectable life. We also focus on providing the basic necessities required in day-to-day lives. 

Providing Basic Healthcare Services

Living in poverty while dealing with the terrible effects of a protracted sickness or difficult diagnosis is an incredible challenge. Many families coping with the impact of chronic disease and other prevalent ailments now have access to the care, support, and assistance they require through us. We send the required medications and supplies they need to ensure a healthy living. We also assist families who need help with the care of the aged and disabled.
